Hello,

I'm having 8x10TB Seagate Drives. Capacity is not that much of my concern and neither that much of redundancy. Speed is what i need, so speed+redundancy i would say. This will have 10GbE network setup.

I don't want that my other drives are stressed and increase the chance of failure during the resilvering process when rebuilding the pool.
