Does importing a backup config import all the jails?

I may need to restore my config from a backup. See: https://forums.freenas.org/index.php?threads/does-freenas-11-1-u6-detect-it’s-own-version.70788/

Completely wiping out my boot drive, installing freenas and then importing my database.db file that I backed up. Will all the jails that are on my ‘media’ pool for example be discovered and still have the proper settings?

You will be fine. If all of the pools used by the jails are still in the system, after the restore, everything will work as before.
