TrueNAS Version: TrueNAS-12.0-U8
CPU: Intel Xeon CPU E5-2420
RAM: 12GB

I am having issues with my disks reporting their information in TrueNAS. I have 6 IronWolf Seagate 8TB NAS hard drives running in a RAIDZ2 configuration. all of my drives show this following.

I am new to TrueNAS so if i could get pointed in the right direction that would be awesome.

You're not using an HBA are you.......
JBOD on a Raid card does not work properly in TrueNAS.

Yep, I just came across a form in regards to this right when you made this post. My system is using an H310 HBA. What I have been reading is that I need to flash it into IT mode. I haven't looked into it too much but all my disks are set up as non-raid devices so once I flash the HBA into IT should my server pickup the disks and run them? Will I need to worry about the raid configuration on TrueNAS being affected? I am going to continue to look into this and see what I can find. Any additional resources would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

@CarlsMark please post your complete hardware, not just a short summary of a couple of bits

My initial thoughts would be that it will be ok, but I would not bet your data on that !
Have a backup, which you should have anyway, in case it goes t**s up.

What does "zpool status" look like ?

@Alecmascot I have good backups so that is a bonus. I am looking into flashing my Dell Perc H310 and hopefully, everything goes smooth. @NugentS I am getting all my info for this post as well.

Thanks,
