Directory Services will not start

Hey guys, I currently upgraded to FreeNAS-9.2.1.1-RELEASE-x64 from FreeNAS 8.2 and now my Directory Services will not start - my CIFS does though. I see things have changed a bit between those two releases but, I'm pretty sure I've double and triple checked my settings.

If any of you FreeNAS professionals out there want a little consulting/support gig, please contact me.
