Definitive 10Gbe card list?

I'm thinking of adding 10Gbe to my supermicro setup. I read the primer, however I'm wondering whether there is a definitive list of cards that should work with 9.10 and above. Here in the U.K. Ebay doesn't really have any used Chelsio cards, more Dell, Hp, Emulex and Mellanox. I will be using in combination with my Hackintosh running 10.11 maybe 10.12 . Any help would be appreciated.

Chelsio and Intel are the recommended brands, but anything on the HCL should work.
