Dashboard CPU load is much higher load than "htop" reports

As I say in the heading, my dashboard is reporting a much higher CPU load than "htop" do. Is this normal or expected? I will add two-screen dumps of it, but of course not from the exact moment. But it will illustrate the big difference. I can see several instances of k3s-server, is this service to run Apps? If so, strange since I don't run any Apps.

I did forget to tell, I'm running a file transfer to my iSCSI ZVol on the Scale box so.

Hi,

The dashboard display the real cpu usage and by default htop display only the users process.

If you want to have the same readings you can add the detailed CPU time
