Couchpotato Plugin "Unable to find template"

Title pretty much sums it up....when I go to install CouchPotato it just gives me a "Unable to find template" error.

I just did a bunch of updates to FreeNAS, would this have caused it?

It shouldn't. Anything else in /var/log/messages?
Interesting...I didn't even know about this file.

Looks like a DNS error. Can you ping an Internet name from Shell? If the IP address on the system DHCP or static?

Wouldn't an http error 404 be from the webserver, not a local DNS issue.

Generally, yes a 404 HTTP error is server-side. I can ping both IP addresses and hostnames from the shell and all other jails are currently working.

Anybody got any ideas? Could it have something to do with my jail templates?

Here's what I have and I'm pretty sure I manually created at least 2 of them:
