Hi All,

Having an issue with Couchpotato.

After I add a movie into couchpotato, it snatches the NZB file, sends it to SABNZB and SABNzb downloads it fine. From there, SABNzb places the unpacked file into a “Completed” directory I specified. At this point, Couchpotato is supposed to go in, grab the file, rename it, and move it to a specific folder, however this does not happen.

Looking at the logs, Couchpotato is aware the file has finished downloading, and is trying to find it, but I get this error “[tato.core.plugins.renamer] The provided media folder /media/SabNzbDownloads/Complete/FolderName/FileName.mkv does not exist and could also not be found in the 'from' folder.”

However, in couchpotato I have specified the correct “From” folder location and doublechecked I have presented and mapped the storage correctly under the “Storage” area of the couchpotato jail.

If I navigate to the location where I have told SABNzb to place the completed files as well as told couchpoato to look for files, the “FolderName/FileName.mkv” is sitting right there.

From a permissions perspective, I have added the “media” user for both jails to the same group that has access to that dataset, so that appears to be in good shape.

With all of this, I am unsure why couchpotato is not able to see the files in question.

Any ideas?

Hi All,

After a lot of digging, I found that this is only happening to some files, with no real rhyme or reason. Many internet searches have shown I am far from the only one with this type of issue across many platforms.

For me, I just simply removed the plugin.
