Copying Files to Home Folder

Whenever I try to copy files over to a user's home folder, it always makes a duplicate 0kb file of every file that I'm copying. Then windows wants to either copy and replace, don't copy, or keep both files. If I chose copy and replace, the entire transfer just locks up. I've been having to just say copy and rename. The folder has 770 permissions with the user being the owner of the folder.

Any idea on where to fix this?
