hi buddies
I've attached 4x2TB HDDs to my freenas system on which I've created a raidz1 volume of size about 6.6 TBs. respectively I build a zvol of size 4.5 TBs and finally a file based extend and attached it by iSCSI to a server.

enabling and making this disk online on my server I created a 4.5 TB partition and formatted it and started to copy files onto it. after about 528GB of data been copied disk encountered error and get offline and trying making it online say: "the disk is offline because it is out of capacity"

on the other hand I have this table on freenas panel:
freenas.PNG

now can any buddy tell me how a 528GB of data can fill up 4.6TB zvol where the container vol just occupied by 650GB of data!
what is wrong with my config -or with freenas?!
thanks in advance

Which release of FreeNAS are you running? This will affect advice. It is best if you give us full info on your device, like my buttons below.
