Just to be more clear, @3l3t, TrueNAS is the paid/supported version of FreeNAS sold by ixSystems. That particular feature is known as "HA" or "high availability", and is only supported in the context of the commercial product. This is, in fact, one of the most notable differences between the FreeNAS and the TrueNAS product.
