Clean 11.2-RELEASE-U1 - Python exceptions, missing files

Had to abandon upgrading in place, total train wreck (many of same issues now famous).

Clean install also not without issues.
Does anyone know what this stuff means? (attached screen grabs)
I see the python exceptions, and missing file statements. I'm just wondering if there's a known fix (haven't found it yet),
or how problematic these errors are for continued operation.

Have you tried a fresh install on a new boot device? It looks like that one is dying.

Yah, it's a fresh Lexar 32g. I'll try another one though, thanks.

And I've just now remembered using this on Armbian installs:

Might be worth making it a part of installation recommendations in the docs

Tried another set of new source and destination thumbdrives (Sandisk/Lexar),
used etcher to burn/verify source, no more exceptions, install worked.

Just curious, prior to using Etcher, how did you create your installation media?
