Cisco server will it work?

Have access to up to 4 cisCo ucs c250 m2. 2 have 197gb ram 2 have none. For 100 each. Not sure if it is worth it. Can you install another os on them?

It's just an x86 server, you can install whatever OS you want on it. Whether or not it will work well with FreeNAS will probably most depend on what hard disk controller is available.
