CIFS Share - Folder-duplicate issue on samba-shares (FreeNAS 8.0.2)

I have read the whole forum, but as far as I could see, there was 1 post with this and it was giving out, that it should be discussed in the stickies... well apparently not. :D What happens, is that when you create multiple shares for organizing, the same file, folder, mediafile ect excist in the other shares as well. Here is an example:

- pictures
* new folder
* file.mp3

- backup
* new folder
* file.mp3

- documents
* new folder
* file.mp3

... and so on.

This is very VERY strange to me, and I can't figure out why, any help is appreciated.

I've just encountered the same thing and would like to know whats up with this as well.

My steps were build the array, turn on CIFS, create shares, then copied files to one folder and when I tested the folder after the copy...all folders had the same files! Do we need to create a ZFS dataset or volume to keep these folders separate??
