CIFS cent delete and change folders

i have problem i cent delete and change name on my sharing
i can see all of my plugins and folders how do i fix this

1. post freenas version
2. post dataset type(windows or unix)
3. don't share the root of your pool. only share datasets under that. you should not be sharing your plugin dataset.
4. who owns the dataset.
5. what user did you mount the share as?

we will start with those questions and go from there.
