centos 6.4 x64 jail seems to run in 32 bits

Hello, I tried to install Zimbra in a centos jail.

The url for the jail makes me think that it would be a 64 bits jail.

But during installation of Zimbra it fails as the jailed environment seems to be 32 bits.


Is it normal ? or is it a bug ? Is it possible to have a 64 bits centos jail ?

Linux jail: due to the FreeBSD linux binary compatibility layer, Linux can be installed into a jail and software can be installed using the package management system provided by the installed Linux distro. At this time, the Linux distro must be a 32-bit version and any applications installed into the jail must be available as a 32-bit binary.

Depends upon what you're looking for. You can either do a search for a specific app at freshports.org or browse through the mail category at http://www.freshports.org/mail/. If one you want is in there, install it in a Plugins Jail using the instructions in the Jail chapter of the docs.
