SOLVED "Can't load kernel"

Hello everyone, I'm new to the FreeNAS world, as I was trying to install it on my new machine, I got an error saying "Can't load kernel". Does anyone know why this would happen? Thank you for your help.

Update, when selecting Boot device, there were 2 options for my USB, one of them said UEFI and that one worked.

Yes sir, I don't know how to make it solved or not. But the server is up and running now!

But it isn't solved for me. FreeNAS-11.3-U5, we were not able to install it with JBODs powered on, so did it without JBODs. Then, when booting the entire system with JBODs connected and powered on, we saw it:

Lenovo P620 as NAS controller, SAS 9405W-16e as HBA, AIC J4078-01 as disk enclosure (2 pcs.).
