I know I should have had backups of my configs originally. Few things...
No the volume wasn't encrypted.
I can navigate the volume like it was there in console, but GUI doesn't recognize them at all. Here's a list of commands I ran to get as much info as I thought relevant and could find based on the internet searches I did before I posted here. Here's from the GUI what I see:
As you can see I can navigate to the volume so this would imply that it was automatically imported as per 9.3's wizard at the beginning. Sweet! But wait, I can't see in the GUI so I can't create a CIFS share or do anything with plugins or anything at all! So I decided to check status...
Hrmmm okay everying looks good! Why isn't this working? Maybe it thinks it's imported so it's not?
So clearly Freenas recognizes that it HAS been imported. WTF? So I saw online something about showing glabel status for more info (dunno why) just in case this helps...
They are all the same drive, same size, ordered the same day, etc... But I have 4x3 tb drives... What's going on with this? Why does this show 8 drives in addition to the usb drive I'm using? So I found hopefully another useful way to find specific info just in case it might help whoever wants to help me with this.
So you can see why I'm having trouble here! It looks like everything is fine but it sure isn't showing up in the GUI. I checked the documentation for FreeNAS and I don't see anything in there to address this issue as far as I can tell! Any help is appreciated greatly!
Also if worse comes to worse and I have to format every drive and start from scratch, it's not the end of the world, just want to see if I don't have to spend another month or so downloading everything again!
