I am trying to create my first pool and I cannot do it due to "Caution: A stripe data vdev is highly discouraged and will result in data loss if it fails" error.
My specs are:
CPU: I7 8700
GPU - GTX 1060 TI
RAM - 16GB
HDD1 (ada0) - 1TB
HDD2 (ada2) - 2TB
SSD (ada1) - 120GB
NVME M.2 (the TrueNAS is installed on) - 512GB

I have configured the pool like this:
Available Disks: ada0, ada1 (1TB HDD, 120GB SSD)
Data VDevs: ada2 (2TB HDD)

I get this weird error I mentioned above and I don't understand how to fix it.
Can someone help?

It's a warning. What part of "will result in data loss if it fails" is unclear to you?

I don't understand how to fix it.
How to "fix" it is to check the box for "confirm" and then continue. I'm likewise curious what made you think you were unable to proceed from that point.

But then if one of the HDDs crashes all my information and data will be gone no?

Well what else do you expect? You're trying to use a single disk, ZFS isn't magic.

If you create a pool from a single disk (2 TB) and that disk crashes, of course the pool data will be lost.

You would need a second 2 TB disk to create a mirrored pool. If you create a pool from the 1 TB and the 2 TB disks it will have some redundandancy but you will only be able to use the capacity of the smallest device in the vdev, i.e. 1 TB.

To point out the obvious, I don't see the word "error". I see the word "Caution".
