Hello everyone,

I have a problem with FreeNAS 9.2.1.2b - I can't create a jail to activate the plexserver plugin. Error message after trying to create the jail is:

cannot mount '/tank/jails/.warden-template-pluginjail': failed to create mountpoint filesystem successfully created, but not mounted ERROR: Failed creating ZFS base dataset cannot open 'tank/jails/.warden-template-pluginjail': dataset does not exist ERROR: Failed to create ZFS base dataset

I went to configuration tab first, and put below settings, fitting my Apple Airport Extreme network:

Jail Root:
/mnt/tank/jails

IPv4 Network:
10.0.1.1/24

IPv4 Network Start Address:
10.0.1.1

IPv4 Network End Address:
10.0.1.200

When creating the jails, I just used 10.0.1.200 for the IP address and put some kind of name for the jail. I tried pluginjail and standard types, no change.

Could someone point me out to the problem here ? Of cause (/mnt/)tank/jails has been created, destroyed and created again, and I have more than 25 TB of free space on tank.

Thank you !

Had the same error - just tried again (after a reboot?) and it worked.
