I wanted to download everything from my nextcloud server as a backup cause i wanted to upgrade the hardware. But when i tried to open the admin page it redirected me to truenas instead of the admin page, so i've searched for a solution for this problem and this had something to do with the http protocol not being accepted and you needed port 443 and a https protocol. So i tried filling just the admin URL and replacing the http:// with https:// and changing the port at the end to 8283 wich was set to jail port 443. It then gave me the internal server error. Then i thought prehaps its a problem that van be solved by updating everything cause this server has been running without problems for about a year now so the nextcloud and truenas software were outdate. This made the problem worse as of now i can't acces my nextcloud server from my personal acount on my phone. The nextcloud app on my phone gives the error that there is no connection possible with the server. All other acounts have also lost the ability to connect to the server. I tried looking for a solution online but i can't find one so i started this tread. Is there any way to get all my data back?
the specs of the system:
core i5 650
8 gb ddr3
2x 2tb wd NAS drives in mirror
1 256gb kingstone boot ssd
I know the cpu isn't that fast but the server is only used to store photo's and act as a back-up for me and my family's phones, so i doesn't have to be that fast.
I was gonna replace it with a 4th gen core i5 and just switch all the drives over to the new system, i had no idea if truenas would like that so i wanted to backup all the data.
also i do not have the data backed up somewhere else so i can't just reinstall everything to fix the issue.
