Cannt bind Web G.U.I

Me again..

Whenever I restart my FreeNAS box (8.0.1RC2 amd64) I cant log into the web GUI. Usually I have to restart my router (AirPort Extreme) and FreeNAS box and wait for my router to assign a new IP. Then, when I manage to get in I get this warning "cant bind address 192.168.0.X to Web GUI" (or something to that effect).

Is it the case that I need to set a static IP twice? Once for the OS and also for lighthttpd?
