When I try to replace the faulty HDD (sdb) from the pool the system is frozen.

tried rebooting the system but the truenas cannot access the web any more.

installed the turenas on a new SDD and tried to import the pool but kept getting errors.
tried Command but same error:
zpool import HDD3TBx5
zpool import -f HDD3TBx5

Error:
warning pool has encountered an uncorrectable i/o failure and has been suspended

pool status from zpool import:
truenas one or more devices were being resilvered

Does anyone have a suggestion?

after put it in zpool status & zpool status HDD3TBx5 no response.

That's definitely not good. Quoting from another thread, "With your RAIDZ1 chosen configuration, you are able to survive the loss of one device, but any additional errors such as bad sectors on the remaining disks render the affected data irretrievable. RAIDZ2 is the minimum suggested RAIDZ level if you are storing valuable data, as it is much more resilient to errors such as an inadvertently unplugged drive."

I hope you have a backup of this pool because the next move if you can't get that replacement drive to resilver is to recreate the pool and restore from a good backup.

no mate, I used my backup drive to replace the failed disk.

That's a rough spot to be in. You might have some sleepless nights ahead as you try to get that pool healed. Seems to report OK for the disks in the pool, so that's good. You should probably seek out some ZFS wizards and see what they have to say. Good luck!
