Cannot Create Pool - Create Greyed Out

Hi Everyone,

Brand new install of TrueNAS-13.0-U6.1 on an older HP Compaq Elite 8300 SFF. 16GB RAM. It has 3 drives:
1x1TB Hitachi HTS541010A9E680 (boot-pool drive),
1x500GB TOSHIBA MQ01ABD050 and
1x500GB HGST HTS545050A7E680

Currently I do not have any pools besides `boot-pool`. Through the UI I go to Storage >> Pools and click Add >> "Create New Pool". This brings me to the Pool Manager page where I see my two unused Disks under `Available Disks`. No matter what I do on this page, the "Create" button at the bottom stays disabled/greyed out. How do I fix this so I can create a new pool? Thanks

You need to enter a name for the pool.
