Can not reboot VM from inside

When I restart any VM from inside (commandline "sudo reboot" / Windows via GUI), it shuts down but never comes back up. Also the VNC connection cannot be established.
So I have to restart the VM in the TrueNAS web interface, which is not the best workaround for our use case (root password).

I found the same issue here but no answers: https://www.truenas.com/community/t...-bhyve-wont-reboot-on-a-reboot-command.92469/

TrueNAS Verison: 12.0-U6.1

Is the VM's VNC device configured with Delay VM Boot Until VNC Connects checked? And is the VNC port set to a static port? By default, a different VNC port is assigned dynamically at each boot.

The Delay VM Boot Until VNC Connects option is unchecked. The VNC port was set static by default...
Should I delete the port?

No, leave the port as-is.

How are your VMs configured? Can you provide the output of midclt call vm.query | jq? Also, what are the details of your hardware?
