Hi,

Due to disk size is full now, so I tried to delete the files a couple of times, but the files can not be deleted. And error message is "Can not delete xxx folders, the directory is not empty".
I tried to do with root account. And also, I tried to do the command like rm -f option.
I still have no luck... I found similar cases, but I don't clear what the exactly the solution is.

I am a bit new for FreeNAS and ZFS file system. So I would be very appreciate if you let me know about solutions step by step.

Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for your support. I actually read the thread that you mentioned. I tried to do, but I got this error.

/ .recycle/ Backup Job Systems _NAS1_/
../ Backup Job NAS1/
[charo@freenas] /mnt/shared# cd Backup Job NAS1
cd: Too many arguments.

The directory and folder name is correct..

Thanks!

You seem to be having problems with very basic commands from the terminal and not really anything to do with FreeNAS exactly.
Using google, I find that the very first article should be useful for the basic concepts and should solve some of your problems.
