Can I Create Raid 5 with data on 1 hard drive?

Hi,

I just installed FreeNas 8.3.0 and I am planing to use 3 1 TB HD to create Raid 5 array. 1 of the 3 HD contain data an I absolutely don't want to loose data on the drive.
Is it possible to do it?

No. Creating an array will destroy all data on the drive. You have to copy the data off, create the array, and copy it back.

It is possible, but not recommended.
