Can get plex plugin working but not transmission

I installed plex media server on my freeNAS 11 box and it is 100% operational with the port forwarding working. I installed transmission and it was working from outside my network Friday, but at some point when getting plex working transmission stopped working and I can only access it on my local network.
EDIT: really sorry about the double threads, made a thread in off topic then saw this board later.

I fixed the problem. I set my DHCP settings to auto configure in jails and reinstalled transmission.
