I would like to mount a WebDAV share for remotely backing up my freenas server, but every time I try I get nothing but errors. Is this even possible currently, and if so how do I do it? For reference, the remote dav site is using SSL and is a Nextcloud instance...

Thanks.

No, Services -> Webdav would let you share a directory on your FreeNAS box via webdav. I'm not aware of a way to mount a remote webdav share on the FreeNAS box.

That is for allowing shares to be generated as WebDav. This is not what I need. I need to be able to remote a remote WebDav share (hosted on another server) on my FreeNAS box so that I can use rsync perform backups to a remote server. (Yes, I know that VPN+NFS or SFTP would be easier, but for reasons including storing the files in an encrypted format on the remote server I need to use WebDav.)

Ah yes, I see now, I didn't read closely enough. Apologies.

No, you cannot to my knowledge share in that direction with WebDAV.
