Can FreeNAS allocate a quote to a LDAP user when he login in for the first time?

When a LDAP user login in for the first time, FreeNAS creates the account and allocates a certain quote to him automatically, and this quote is automatically configured for access by CIFS/FTP/WebDAV.

Can FreeNAS meet these requirements above?
