[BUG?] Active Directory: "SAVE" Button disabled when trying to re-enable Directory services

Hi all,

I have tried to re-enable Active Directory Services but for some reason, the "SAVE" button is disabled and I can't save changes I make in the UI.

Did I just find a bug or did I miss something?

Running FreeNAS-11.3-U1

Okay, so I continued to play around with it and I'm unsure what fixed it but eventually I got it to work. I suspect that opening the Browser dev console [F12] made the cache clear itself or if it was me playing around with the net command and rebooting twice but it somehow came back and after a bit more of fiddling I got my FreeNAS to re-join my Domain.
