BTsync error on 9.2.1.7

I recently tried to install BTsync on a new install, 9.2.1.7 and was having errors when it got to the step of installing the jail, it kept saying the jail was already there. After numerous attempts to install I went ahead and did a fresh install of 9.2.1.5 and then BTsunc and everything worked great so I wanted to let the community know and to try and figure out if it is a FreeNAS setting or a BTsync setting.
