Boot failure after train change from 11.1 u7 to 11.2 u5

Hey
So ive been using freenas on my dell T110 ii and its been running smoothly on version 11.1 u7. Today i tried changing train to 11.2 u5 but after reboot it fails to boot and gives the following error screen.

Tried rebooting multiple times but same error And when i change the version back to 11.7 from boot environment it successfully boots to 11.1 u7. Then when i made a bootable usb with 11.2 u5 iso it fails to boot from the USB giving a "failed to boot" error. What to do
