BitTorrent Sync plugin fails to install

Folks.

Probably doing something stupid but for some reason I can't seem to bve able to install the BitTorrent Sync plugin. All I get is a quick error message flashing up in the web UI

which I can't locate in any log (I'm sure I am not looking at the right place).

Anyway any pointer / suggestion would be appreciated

Which version of FreeNAS?

Should I try with 9.2.1.6 ?

Ok - did apply the upgrade and indeed BTS installed.

Now I have a further problem:

where should I look to find out what "errors" are occurring ?

I'd be happy to try to self diagnose this but I can't seem to find any relevant log :(

check if the jail is running 'jls'. check if the service is running 'service btsync status' (in the jail).

other than that, I don't know much about fixing errors with the python api webserver that freenas communicates to
