Probably the NIC driver... are you using the fedora VirtIO driver already?

Yes - updated to the latest stable version.

OK, so it's not that then... I'm running 1903 (insider build) for a while now in a bhyve VM, so it seems odd you are warned... something like RAM perhaps?

I allocated 16GB to my VM, but I don't see why 8GB isn't enough. Can't be that either.

I'm running the US version (Pro, not Pro N)... not sure if that's the difference. I don't see why it would be as it's just a difference to force default browser selection.

Do you get any clues when clicking the "Learn More" option?

Nope - that just leads to a web page that is not helpful, either. Looks like I'll just wait, I guess.

FYI ... did the update last weekend. Everything running smooth.
