bacula client docker image recommendations?

Hi all,

we use - for "historical reasons" ;) - the following setup:

- FreeNAS 11.2
- one Gbit link to our company network
- second Gbit link on its own VLAN to the bacula backup server (7.4.4)
- backup to LTO tapes
- bacula-fd on a jail (did i say "historical? ;) ), version still 5.something

For obvios reasons i need to update the bacula client. Since i don't want a full blown VM i'm looking for a suitable docker image with just the client. Any recommendations? I can live with a VM, too, but only as a last resort.

Just in case: No, we can't move the tape to the FreeNAS hardware, because we'd need new hardware for this (1HE rack). In the long term this might be an option.

Hello Walter,

why not creating a new iocage jail.
Get the configuration files from the old (warden) jail and install
the needed bacula client in the new jail.
