Autodetect VMXNET 3 Issue

I am running ESXi 6.5 and FreeNAS 9.10 with VMXNET3. The VM is on a port group which is 10 GbE. However, I do not see an option to set it at 10 Gb. When I run

ifconfig -m vmx0

The only option I get back is "autoselect"

How come I do not have any other options?

Were you able to figure this out? If not, what speed is autoselect selecting?
