Auto Permission set

Just wondering if the feature could be added, that when you mount an outside storage to a point in the jail of a plugin, that full control permissions for the files and folders that are in the outside storage be given to any device on able to browser the files on the network. Because when I add the storage, it doesn't give me an option to check or uncheck "read only"

As great as the document is and everyone keeps sending me the link, like I had said in many other post, the option for Ready Only does not appear when I'm attaching storage to the jail.
