ASRock Rack C2550D4I LAN Teaming

I'm a noob at all of this, but have successfully gotten a decent machine built using the C2550D4I motherboard which claims to offer a teaming function with dual lan ports. I have absolutely no clue how to switch this on or set this up and haven't found any guidance online. Not even sure FreeNAS will work this way. Anybody here know how or if this will work?

First of all nic teaming doesn't get you more bandwidth. It gets you better performance when there are 15+ machines all accessing the device at the same time. Do you have that many clients using your machine? If not I would bother with adding the complexity. You also need a switch that is capable of bonding nics.
