API endpoint to get plugin setting

Hi,
I think that i'm losing something.. but reading the documentation i'm not finding the right endpoint to retrieve jail's plugin parameters.
To set them i'm using "/api/v2.0/jail/id/" (passing '{"plugin":true,"options.enabled":true}' for example)

But how can I get back that value?
Is it possible via a call api to retrieve all plugin params values?

Last question - could I add a custom plugin repository without recompiling truenas?
