Any good websites like PCpartPicker to find 'low idle power' mobo+cpu combos for DIY?

Since idle power usage varies wildly depending on cpu+motherboard - does anyone know of any good resources where there may be rankings of low power CPU combinations?

I found a few folks on reddit sharing their build stats but haven't found a convenient single resource like a spreadsheet of sorts, or a community where its easier to find, say AM4 socket mATX low-power server builds.
