AHCI Reset

Hello im trying to figure out why plex keeps kicking a brand new drive i got from newegg, I bought it to replace a drive that was slowly dying now that its caput it freenas just keeps giving me the error AHCI reset: device not ready after 31000ms. If you needs logs i dont mind i just dont know what to look into to fix it.

Have you run a SMART test on the drive? Please post the output of smartctl -a /dev/adaX using the [ code ] tags. Replace adaX with the device ID.

this took a minute to load but as you can see its a brand new drive and everything with only 7 hours on log, I just dont know how to keep freenas from dropping the drive after a few min.

this is whats outputting once i plugged the drive in, the system wont even boot if its in at startup.

Weird thing, I loaded a backup of 9.10 and its not having ANY issues. Should 11 (stable) be acting up and dropping the drives like it is?
