SOLVED after update to 11.3 cannot add accounts, pools, etc.

Newly updated to 11.3, drop down menu will not display pools, accounts, users, etc. I can still log on and see the dashboard. Also can access my stored data from a browser. What do I do to fix this? Need to add new user, account, etc.
