Since July video exports perfectly fine from Mac Pro 2019. Video playback is crisp and looks great. After user updated Adobe to 15, videos will either not fully export and play correctly and then just cut off, for example, a 1 minute 55 second video exports only the first minute.
Other error is like a 2 minute 4k video will finish export on Adobe's end and say successful, no errors, but when trying to playback the file it will not playback and the file size will be like.. 166 Kb, so obviously something going on there.
If they export the files to their desktop and then move the files to the drive manually it works fine that way, its only exporting straight to the network drive.
I don't know enough about FreeBSD to just figure this out myself so I hope someone else may.
If its an Adobe thing solely and pretty much up to them, then Ill just have them install the older version and move on.
