Adding multiple Active Directory Groups

Freenas is configured for Active Directory and is working perfectly. I have added my user account and AD group using chown and modified the permissions for Windows ACL. It works perfect for my user account. I also use a secondary account and only wanted read rights. So I added my secondary user account, but its says access denied. Any suggestions?
