About Rsync schedule & process

Hi all,
i wan to know about rsync process..
i make 5 rsync schedules on my freenas box to another freenas box (as a backup machine), Now how did i know :
1. how did i know , if all my rsync schedule was completed ?
2. how did i know if my rsyncs are being running or no at that time ?
3. how did i know if my rsyncs done perfectly or failed ?
