2Tb Hard Drive Only 1,6Tb Available?

Hello my problem is the following i have mount my 4x2Tb Hard Drive and i only have 1,6Tb Available instead of the 1,8Tb and my question is why?

They are mounted in UTF
Build: FreeNAS-8.3.1-RELEASE-p2-x64 (r12686+b770da6_dirty)

So about 8%?

I take it you are using UFS. It's normal.

yes UFS not UTF xD there is a way to lower that percentage?
