Sadly -- I'm now sitting waiting experiencing *exactly the same* hugely extended update times, this time going from 11.3-u2 to 11.3-u4.1.
At least I know to expect a horribly slow reboot also!
I do now have one plugin -- PLEX media server. So maybe it'll be even slower?
This kind of performance is entirely unacceptable in any commercial context. The reboot time alone would blow several 9s off your uptime guaranty, in any sort of serious environment!
