First off, here is all of the hardware I'm using.

When the LSI card boots, it sees all of the hdds. When Freenas comes up it seems to only show a few drives. I've ruled out bad cabling.
I have all 4 Blues on Port 0 of the raid card and the Seagate on port 1 of the raid card.
I've noticed that if I shutdown, unplug Port 1, Freenas sees all four HDD's in trays 1-4. If I have both ports plugged in, it will depend on which tray I have my HDD's in. I moved them around so see which they like and the only thing I can get to work is to leave the Seagate in tray 5 and the WD's in Trays 1, 2, 7, and 8.
Another thing I have noticed is that when I boot into the LSI config, the system automatically reboots after 10 seconds.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
