100% CPU on 9.2.1.2

I have build a new freenas system and decided to use the latest 9.2.1.2 build. Every time I try to access CIFS shares the CPU jumps to 100% and the windows client drops errors like timeouts. The CPU load stays at 100%
Tried everything I could imagine or find in the manuals and wiki without success.

NFS and AFP work normally. The win7 NFS client is no alternative for cifs.

I see a final note on 4474 were if upgrading from 9.2 to 9.2.1.2 all seemed well. Any chance you can try that?
